OneTRS™ is Corrections Grade ADA Software. OneTRS™ is the no-cost solution for Correctional Facilities in order to comply with ADA, PREA, and FCC mandates. OneTRS™ supports Video Relay Service (VRS) for deaf inmates using American Sign Language, IP Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS) for hard-of-hearing inmates, and IP Relay for deaf inmates who use text communication (TTY’s Replacement).
